Professional expertise

Having an M.S. in Clinical Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, I got the chance to develop my skills in different psychiatric hospitals, youth centres and other environments such as prisons.

During my 8 years of experience, I have worked with people dealing with depression, anxiety, stress management and relational issues, helping them cope with challenging things in their lives. Helping young people and teenagers is another main concern of mine, and in my practice I have also worked with children and teenagers, assisting them with their learning difficulties, ADHD and autism, while encouraging their parents to understand the importance of family and how they can make a difference in their children’s life.

Personal approach

As clichéd as it may sound, there’s nothing more rewarding for me than working with people. Accompanying someone on their journey through life and standing by them when they discover the beauty that lies within themselves – it’s just something beyond words. We are utterly complex as human beings, and the journeys we undertake when it comes to ourselves are limitless.

I hope I can be part of your experience as well and better your life by helping you focus on what’s more important to you.

Supervision

I have trained as a supervisor with CTSD (the Centre for Supervision and Team Development) and currently offer supervision on a sliding scale, starting £45 – £70.

As a supervisor, I work relationally with the Seven Eyed Model to support exploration of how our beliefs about ourselves impact our work and relationships. In doing this work, my purpose is to encourage and help supervisees increase self-awareness and use that as a tool to improve their relationship with clients by focusing on the here and now.
